Assistant Executive Officer
Located in Tseung Kwan O, Haven of Hope Sunnyside School is a government-aided boarding school for students aged 6–18 with severe intellectual disabilities. Driven by holistic care, the school tailored curricula and utilizes integrated interdisciplinary therapies to maximize each child's potential, wellbeing, and independence. The School would like to invite highly committed and experienced candidate to join our office team.
Responsible for:
- Assist Executive Officer in performing the executive functions of financial resource management and human resource management
- Provide support for office administration, including repair & maintenance services, property management, etc.
Requirement:
- Possess a local bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ post-degree working experience. Exposure to overall administration in secondary or tertiary setting is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and attention to details
- Passionate to students with special education needs, independent and possess excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferable
